Most people use Netscape or Internet Explorer. Depending on which browser you use, go to www.netscape.com or www.microsoft.com to download and install the latest version of your browser. You can also go to www.download.com where you may find a browser update that will solve any problems you may be having. Another solution is to go to www.java.com (Sun Microsystems) and download a program called Microsoft Virtual Machine. Downloading and installing this program and making sure your Java Script is active should solve the problem.
