Would you like to contribute to the mission of the Credit Union? Consider running for a seat on the Board of Directors!
- Are you a member in good standing of the Credit Union?
- Are you at least 21 years old?
- Do you have at least a working familiarity with basic finance and accounting practices (or are willing to gain these skills within 6 months of election);
- Do you have the ability to administer the affairs of the Credit Union fairly and impartially;
- Are you able to attend regular monthly meetings, held on the 4th Monday of every month at 4:00pm.
If you answered YES to all of the above, you are eligible to run for a seat on the Board! Here's how:
Interested members must submit a brief statement of their qualifications and biographical information, along with a petition signed by 44 members of the Credit Union (approximately 1% of the membership), no later than March 16, 2024. Petitions are available at the Credit Union, or click here to print one.
Please note:
- Members must be at least 18 years old to sign the petition;
- Immediate family members or persons living in the same household as a Credit Union employee are not eligible to serve on the Board of Directors;
- The term of office of a director is three years.
